Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Please make sure to review sizing charts, product details, and your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we’re here to help!

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Order Changes & Cancellations
